Non-Immigration Employment Visas
Even if you’re not qualified for an immigration-eligible visa, you might be able to come to the U.S. to work if you qualify for one of the many temporary employment visas available. These visas are known by the letters that precede the official title of each visa: B, E, H, L, O, P, R, and TN. Temporary specialty workers with a high degree of specialized knowledge, temporary transfers of high-level employees to a branch in the U.S., people with extraordinary talent in the arts, sciences, education, athletics, or business, people from Canada or Mexico in certain professions who want to work in the U.S. temporarily, or people who need to visit the U.S. to conduct business without seeking employment in the United States may be eligible. Our immigration lawyers can look over your credentials to see if you’re eligible for a non-immigration visa. If you’d like to pursue temporary entry into the U.S. for business or work, let’s talk.
